Features

1.The automatic manipulator is used to put the bottle manually to the conveying track to take the bottle.;
2.2 sets of negative ion generator and electrostatic and dust removal system imported from Japan.

3.Double-head filling is adopted, and each filling head is controlled by a set of servo system, with high accuracy.
4. All material bins are equipped with independent ultrasonic sensors. This device uses the detection distance principle to detect that there is no direct contact with materials, which makes the liquid level detection more accurate and conforms to GMP requirements.
5.This device contains automatic feeding function,This system consists of two sets of one-way valves and one set of pumping cylinders. The material is pumped into the cylinder block by the pumping cylinder and then into the material box through the three-way valve.(Adopt pressurized material box design.
6.Including two sets of production change carts(The cart includes 1 set of feed pump, piston cylinder, filling pipe, material box, valve, etc), can realize quickly production change.
7.Reserve a position for manual placement of inner pad/cover.
8.The brand vision detection system is used to detect the coordinate position data of the inner pad.

9.Use a manipulator to automatically place the inner pad to the bottle mouth.(Grab 2 pieces at a time)
