Packaging and shipping

To better ensure the safety of your goods, professional, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient packaging services will be provided.
Put one by one in hole plate or bulk package, standard export thick carton box.
By air, by sea, by express (like DHL, FedEx, TNT and so on), by train and so on.
After receiving the client's shipping instructions, we will arrange our freight forwarders and transportation companies to carry out the shipment.

We will follow the loading operation throughout the whole process to avoid shortage or damage of the goods.

FAQ

Q: Could you do design for us?
A: Yes, we can do not only mold design of new products but also logo drawing design. For mold design, you need provide us a sample or product's drawing. For logo design, please let us know your logo words, pantone code and where to put.

Q: What is the normal lead time?

A: If we have stocks, we can ship immediately when get your payment. For common design, we will send goods to you within 35 days after we receive your payment. For OEM products, we will send goods to you within 50 days (including mold time) after we receive your payment.

Q: How about the shipping?
A: It's up to you, but we suggest that, for small order, could be delivered by international Express. Like HK Fedex,DHL, TNT or UPS. It takes 3-7 work days to arrive as usual. Big quantity would be shipping by ocean, it takes several months to arrive. If urgent, you can choose shipping by air, but the freight change will be more expensive.
