Answer: one day at room temperature, refrigeration can reach 3 days. The advantage of pasteurized milk is not shelf life. Question 3: what are the advantages of pasteurization?

Answer: low temperature sterilization does not destroy nutrients and retains fresh taste. This is impossible for other sterilization methods.

Question 4: how does pasteurizer sterilize?

Answer: sterilize by heating to 60-90 degrees for a certain time to achieve the sterilization effect.
