Product Description

The CS100D/150D Ring-Shaped DTH drill rig is a new drill rig product developed by Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd for drilling operation in mines. In combination with the process characteristics of China’s underground mining, it integrates the hydraulic integration technology and PLC control technology, which enable the drill rig to be characterized by clear functional modules, advanced and reliable performance, harmonious human-machine relationship and excellent operation environment.

The drill boom of CS100D/150D Ring-Shaped DTH Drill Rig can pitch in the range of -10° to +70° in vertical plane and can rotate by 360°. It is able to drill various kinds of holes of any angles, with diameter of φ90 to φ185mm and depth of 60m, especially suitable to the drilling of ring-shaped holes in underground mines and to the blasting of high-pressure, large diameter and median depth holes.The CS100D/150D DTH drill rig with casingThe CS100D/150D DTH drill rig with casing
Features

1)It is equipped with perfect drill frame displacement and positioning mechanism, which can perform all-directional rock drilling of range of 360°, thus featuring flexible operation and wide scope.
2)It adopts wheel chassis travel system, thus having large traction force and good slope-climbing ability.
3)Advanced hydraulic integration system is adopted, which greatly reduces the hydraulic pipeline structure and increases the system’s reliability.
4)It is equipped with advanced rod pickup and detachment and automatic road-blocking prevention mechanisms, which can ensure that the machine work efficiently.
5)The positioning and rock drilling of the rig can be performed on the movable platform, thus achieving remote and multi-directional operations.
6)Advanced PLC program-controlling technology is adopted, which can effectively realize the smart operation functions of the rig.
7)Each parameter can be stepless adjusted according to the rock conditions and drilling depth, with easy and convenient regulation and control, which can greatly increase the driving ability, smoothness, and anti-overloading ability of main mechanisms like rotation and propulsion.
