Beer Brewing Equipment List

Beer process:

Mash System

1.Material:SS304 Inside wall:3mm outside wall:2mm,Insulation: Rock wool,TH=80mm.

2.Inner surface is pickled and passivated.

3. Heating method: electric heating or steam heating or direct fire.

4.Temperature measurement method: PT100 temperature probe.

5.Cleaning method: Fixed rotate cleaning ball.

6.Agitation:Horizontal motor at the top stirring. Power:0.75kw, speed 60RPM.

7. Process: TIG welding, no welding dead, fluid quality assurance.

8.Raker: Horizontal motor stirring , motor power 0.75 KW, revolving rate 60RPM, high power, low speed to ensure complete worse layer.

9.Sieve plate with discharge hole, thermometer and necessary valves and fittings.

10.Nature filter wort: use of natural pressure filtration to ensure the integrity of the grain and the clarity of wort

Fermentation Tank

1. Cylinder tank; Inside surface: SUS304, Thickness: 3mm,Outside surface: polishing stainless steel, Thickness: 2mm

2. Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam, Insulation thickness: 80MM.

3.Inside surface is pickled and passivated to resist corrosion.

4.Manhole: top manhole/ side manhole

5.Design pressure 3bar, Working pressure: 1.5bar

6.Bottom design: 60 Or 78 degree cone for easy to exist yeast.

7.Cooling method: Dimple cooling jacket.

8.Cleaning system: Fixed-round rotary cleaning ball.

9.Control system: PT100, temperature control

10. Hops adding device, CIP arm with spray ball, pressure gauge, mechanical pressure regulating valve, sampling valve, breath valve, Ice water solenoid valve, safety valve, etc.

Cooling System

Cooling system mainly includes Ice water tank, glycol water tank, plate heat exchanger, refrigeration unit, cooling pipe and valves and control system.

Control System

Control system is the core part in the whole beer production line, including: malt mash, mash, fermenting, cooling, temperature control, pressure control and other auxiliary. It can achieve the part control or whole PLC automatic control.

CIP Cleaning System

CIP cleaning system is consist of alkali tank, acid tank, sterilization water tank, disinfection tank, sanitary pump.
