Equipment Sturcture:

Mash lauter tank with 3mm SUS304 interior shell, 2B finished surface, top with quick-open ordinary pressure manway, 15°cone bottom with outlet port. Self-made filter sieve plate, side out manhole, Middle of the tank with PT100 temperature probe, thickness of rock wool is 50mm, Exterior shell with 2mm SUS 304, drawbench finished surface. Kettle whirlpool tun with 3mm SUS304 interior shell, 2B finished surface, top with quick-open ordinary pressure manway, 15°cone bottom with blow-down and side with outlet. Middle of the tank with electrical heated tube and temperature probe, thickness of rock wool is 50mm, Exterior shell with 2mm SUS 304, drawbench finished surface.

Control box used to control pump, show and control mash and kettle temperature, removable plate heat exchange, wort oxygen fixture which will show outlet temperature. All equipment fixed on mobile platform.

Equipment system

1. Malt Milling System

4. CIP Cleaning System

CIP cleaning system is consist of alkali tank, acid tank, sterilization water tank, disinfection tank, sanitary pump.

5. Cooling System

Cooling system mainly includes Ice water tank, glycol water tank, plate heat exchanger, refrigeration unit, cooling pipelines and vales and control system.

6. Control System

Control system is the core part in the whole beer production line, including: malt mash, mash, fermenting, cooling, temperature control, pressure control and other auxiliary. It can achieve the part control or whole PLC automatic control.
