I. Cylinder pressure reducing regulating valve: When the bottle is relieved of pressure, the cylinder is decompressed, otherwise the cylinder will crush the canned tank after the pressure is released. This valve controls the speed at which the cylinder is decompressed. This valve is half open during normal operation.
J, Beer tank cleaning valve: This valve is connected to the cleaning water source, the water pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa.
K, compressed air regulating valve: the pressure is adjusted to 0.2-0.3Mpa. Used for initial pressurization of the cylinder.
L. The beer can enter the wine control ball valve: connect the beer source with the hose, open the valve, the beer will slowly enter the tank; at the same time, when cleaning the beer tank, open the valve to clean the beer source pipeline .
M. Compressed air regulating valve: The pressure is adjusted to 0.4-0.5Mpa. When the pressure is prepared in the bottle, the pressure of the cylinder needs to be increased to prevent air leakage at the sealing part of the bottle.
N. Liquid level display: Display the liquid level of the wine in the storage tank.
O, CO2 backup pressure regulating valve: Connect the compressed air with a 10mm diameter air pipe and plug it firmly with this interface, and adjust the pressure to 0.15-0.2Mpa.
P, compressed air total interface: Connect the compressed air with a 10mm diameter air pipe and plug it firmly with this interface.
