Installations
The installation area requirement: The installation area should have power source COand good water drainage condition

Air docking ports: Can useφ8 high-pressure PU air tube and speed control valve, rapid tee joint docking.Air tube length depands on the air condition of manufacturer

Power connection: The machine adopts 220V 50HZ Source, grounding method should be based on the power of the user unit safety rules

Cylinder pressure:adjust the cylinder valve pressure to 0.5 Mpa
COprepare pressure:adjust the COprepare pressure to 0.18~0.2Mpa
Operation and maintenance
Connect the electricity, gas and wine imput tube, check vacuum pump to avoid lacking vacuum oil
Dry the water of the bottle, clean store cask (clean way to see 4.3)
Make store barrel inside pressure to 2Kg with CO2 (equal to wine can pressure), then pour the wine into store barrel (level can automatic control)
Open vacuum pump and air compressors, make the pressure of vacuum pot to - 0.05 MPa or so, compressor transferred to 0.5 MPa.
filling
Put the bottle on the bottle pedestal, keep the filling valve in the closed position
Open the cylinder control switch, rise the bottle and sealed with the irrigation wine valve
Click the pressure vacuum button (high button), pump the air of the bottle out
Turn the fork handle, make the pressure in the bottle consistent with the pressure in the
store barrel
Turn the fork handle and open the irrigation wine valve, now you can began to filling
Closed irrigation wine valves until the liquid level be stable,
Click the Pressure release button (bottom button), closed cylinder switch, take bottles caps,then prepare to gland.
Washing(four steps) If you want to clean the equipment after whole day
work or long-term leave unused,, you need mostly cleaning the inside.
Water washing : Firstly use water intermittently flush the machine for 15 minutes (small amout water and a few times -repeatedly wash the machine for there times, each time lasts 5 minutes, begin to the next time after emptying residual water insidethe pot, keep discharge valve unblocked).
Fire soda-washing:After emptying the residual water, please clean it for 20 minutes with 45 -- 50 ℃, concentration 5% of soda solution (you can also use the way of soaking if the condition can not be possessed ), when circulation finished, recycling the soda solution (please note that protection – you must wear protective appliances to forbid body contacted with the lye directly).
Water washing : use water intermittently flush the machine for 15 minutes after emptying the residual lye(same to 4.3.1)
Hydrogen peroxide washing: After emptying the residual water, please clean it for 20 minutes with concentration 5% of hydrogen peroxide(same to 4.3.2), empty the residual hydrogen peroxide, then close drain valve and washing valve.
Hot water, hypochlorite, chlorine and the microbicides sterilization contained Cl – are forbidden when washing
Maintenance
Please clean up the working platform after daily work, the power source, gas source ,wine source should be cut off.
Check the wine channel, air channel at any time to avoid the leak problem
A certain amount of lubricating oil must be kept in the three joint oil cup, empty the water in three joint and double joint regularly.
The entire machine should be cleaned at least once daily to ensure cleaning and the normal operation of equipment.

Dry the water in the bottle
The evacuation time should be short, the voltage-sharing time can be a little longer.
Make sure the safety, if the pressure is too high or too low , it can be adjusted to operate at any time
The oil level in vacuum pump should be in the middle position of oil window
when the pressure of storage barrels is lower than 0.15 Mpa, filling is banned. And you should promptly adjust it to required pressure.
