The machine features
2.1 This equipment is designed for washing, sterilizing and filling all kinds of beer storage containers. The process of washing, sterilizing, filling is finished automatically. The temperature of hot water and alkali is controlled automatically. It adopts high-speed positioning filling technology to control filling capacity. It has the CIP function of automatic washing beer pipeline.
2.2 The control unit adopts the Siemens brand to Control the entire process. All control parameters (time value) can be adjustment without stopping the equipment. This equipment is easily to be operated. Different kegs can be washed and filled by selecting the switch settings and replacing the cleaning and filling head.
2.3 Available to connect more than one machine together to reduce the cost.

Working routine
5.1 The working routine of this machine is controlled by the PLC touch screen with time sequencing
Procedures and time has been set before leaving the factory. Users can adjust the time parameters according to the user’s need.
