Shipbuilding gantry crane is kind of high lifting weight, big span, multi-function, high efficiency gantry crane machinery.

The main technical characteristics of shipbuilding gantry crane:


1. With single crane, lift crane,aerial flip, micro level aerial turn and so on.
2. The door frame have single girder type and double girder type two kinds for users to choose, for reasonable use of material, the main girder variable cross-section optimization design.
3. The door frame rigid leg have single column type and double column type for users to choice.
4. The top car has two main hook, respectively in the two main girder, but alone or at the same time lateral movement 0 to 2 m.
5. The bottom car has main, deputy two hook, girder in below center.
6.Up and down the car can mutual through work.
7. All lifting structure and operating structure adopts frequency control of motor speed.
8. Rigid leg side, girder top call boom maintenance crane to complete upper and lower the car maintenance work.
9. For the convenience of the driver and computer maintenance personnel, rigid leg is equipped with a boarding elevator.
10.To prevent storm, with safe and reliable rail clamping device, anchor and anchor chain and wind device.
