Chengdu Recen Technology Co., Ltd. developed and produced the intelligent monitoring and control system of the RC-30 series of building elevators / construction elevators / material elevators (hereinafter collectively referred to as "lifts") with international leading level. Automatic leveling and other functions can effectively overload, exceed the number of people, exceed speed (anti-fall), height limit, door lock detection, tilt and other hazards during the operation of the elevator, thereby ensuring the long-term accurate operation of construction machinery.
The system consists of three parts: RC-301 intelligent controller, RC-302 pager and RC-304 remote management platform.
System workflow

RC-302 pager "up" or "down" button was pressed;

RC-301 controller receives the call request, displays the call and queues, and sends the call response;

RC-302 pager receives the response information and displays the response;

RC-301 controller detects the state of the hanging cage door and other safe states, and the sound indicates that the hanging cage will run;

RC-301 controller controls the operation of the cage and sends the movement status of the elevator;

RC-302 pager accepts and displays elevator movement status;

The lift reaches the designated floor;

RC-301 controller clears to reach the target layer, and sends the task end message. After receiving the signal, the RC-302 pager clears the call task and enters the standby state;

RC-301 controller sound and light to remind the cage to arrive

The elevator door opening delay, detect whether the cage door is closed, the bell relay is closed, and prompt to close the door.

Overweight and overweight detection, overload reminder, overload does not start, and sound and light prompts are issued.
