Description

The clamped on wire rope load cell RH-BC series is a low cost load cell specially designed to measure the tension force on hoisting and crane rope. Easy installation does not require the hoist to be dismantled nor modified, and the rope load cell RH-BC series clamped on cable load sensor covers a large range of cables max up to 36 mm in diameter and loads of 5000kg to 10000kg (under the condition of roping:1:), depending on the rope reeving falls. Together with a weighing controller (OMS-370C, SUMT-QZX(B)) and a digital display scoreboard, this cable clamped load Sensors constitute a complete measuring system for visualizing and continuously monitoring loads and detecting overloads

Application:

The wire rope load cell sensor is recommended for measuring load and overload to ensure the safety of industrial lifting installations, overhead cranes, winches and hoists. It is perfectly suitable for implementation on existing lifting systems in order to upgrade in compliance with actual safety standards without heavy modification. It is recommend to be used with a control unit (OMS-370C, OMS-350,OMS-160) easily coupled with a digital display scoreboard with 9 digits or 6digitals(red colour)
