SUMMIT OMS-730S current anglog output 4-20mA elelvator &lift car bottom mounting electronic overload weighing device elevator overload control system
Description:
We SUMMIT provide all kinds of elevator overload measuring system and it is available to mount different position of the elevator&lift, and there are usually 3 kinds of weighing kits based on different ways which are measuring the weight. We offer complete solutions to measure the weight under the cabin, tension force of the suspension rope, or the on the support frame of wire rope hitch plate.
The elevator load weighing device OMS-700 series is one kind of integrated overload protection device for elevator overload detection and it is typically mounted under the the elevator lift cabin,(it is available to mount under the rope hitch plate) and so on and there are 3 kinds of output to meet different demand: on-off output signal, voltage analog output (0V~10V or -10~10V), and the current analog output(4~20mV)With OMS-700 series in use, passengers can be sure that the load in the elevator car does not exceed the elevator's capacity. The car load is measured by the high sensitive hall effect inductive proximity sensor. The data is transmitted as switch output, current or voltage signals to the control and drive systems.

Instruction:
The purpose of the SUMMIT Load Weighing system is to measure the load in the elevator and pro-vide usable information about the load to the elevator controller. This information is used forpre-torquing and for dispatching decisions, e.g. light load anti-nuisance, heavy load and over-load.
The system usually consists of a sensor or group of sensors mounted on the elevator’s some position such as clamping on wire rope, or under cabin, under the wire rope plate installation and a control unit. The sensor(s) provide a signal to the control unit directly related to the amount of load in the cab. The load weighing control accepts this signal and provides usable data to the elevator controller in the form of an analog signal and discrete relay contacts.
