SUMMIT Split type elevator load measuring system RHP-X-OMS-560 mounting on car frame crosshead beam strain link tesion load weighing device
Installation loacation: Between wire rope hitch plates:OMS-560-RHP-X
Description:
The load weighing system consists of one crossbeam sensor RHP-X and a weighing control unit OMS-560, and the sensors RHP-X is mounted to load bearing members of the car or shaft assembly that are stressed with bending loads during operation.
The bending is recorded by the crossbeam sensor and sent to the control unit OMS-560 for evaluation, and we have a range of weighing control units(OMS-820, OMS-520, OMS-370C and so on), which is matched with the beam sensor RHP-X.

Instruction:
The purpose of the SUMMIT Load Weighing system is to measure the load in the elevator and pro-vide usable information about the load to the elevator controller. This information is used forpre-torquing and for dispatching decisions, e.g. light load anti-nuisance, heavy load and over-load.
The system usually consists of a sensor or group of sensors mounted on the elevator’s some position such as clamping on wire rope, or under cabin, under the wire rope plate installation and a control unit. The sensor(s) provide a signal to the control unit directly related to the amount of load in the cab. The load weighing control accepts this signal and provides usable data to the elevator controller in the form of an analog signal and discrete relay contacts.
