The upper part
Slewing mechanism
The slewing mechanism and the slewing bearing are driven by internal meshing and arranged at the front of the turntable. The planetary gear reducer driven by the quantitative motor drives the slewing bearing through the pinion to achieve 360° rotation.
The slewing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a multi-plate wet laminated normally closed brake with a negative braking design to achieve the "spring braking/hydraulic release" function to ensure that the slewing has extremely high braking safety. The slewing mechanism is also equipped with a mechanical slewing locking device to achieve locking protection of the slewing mechanism.
The eccentric mechanism can ensure better meshing between the reducer and the slewing bearing, making the rotation smoother. The slewing mechanism has a free sliding function to ensure that when heavy objects are lifted, even if the lifting hook is not on the vertical center line of the center of gravity of the lifted object, the lateral force on the boom can be eliminated, thereby preventing the working arm from being damaged by a large lateral force.

Cylinder assembly
The cylinder assembly includes the crawler frame telescopic cylinder, the frame outrigger cylinder and the main luffing ratchet locking cylinder.
The auxiliary oil source for getting off the vehicle and the left travel share a main valve, which is easy to switch. The crawler beam telescopic uses the cylinder as the power, and is controlled by a manual reversing valve. The crawler telescopic control is convenient, the action is gentle, and the impact
is small. The crawler gauge can be easily changed to meet the transportation and work requirements. The frame outrigger cylinder is used for self-assembly and disassembly of the crane. It is controlled by a manual valve, and each cylinder is independently controlled, which is convenient for assembling and disassembling the crawler frame.
The main luffing ratchet locking cylinder is used to control the ratchet action. When the main luffing pilot handle is operated, the ratchet automatically opens, and when the main luffing pilot handle returns to the middle position, the ratchet automatically closes. When the main luffing winch is not working, the ratchet locking device is always in a locked state, without additional manual operation, which is both safe and convenient.
Control room
The control room is designed with bionics, with smooth lines and a sense of power. The control room has a large glass area, and the side glass is reasonably divided, with a strong sense of technology and a wide operating field of vision. The interior is arranged with people as the center, and the operator can touch all the buttons without getting up. It is equipped with adjustable seats, air conditioning, power sockets, radio, etc., providing a comfortable operating environment for the operator.
