Maximum rated lifting capacity:150t
Maximum rated lifting moment:790.8t.m
Ⅰ.Product component and system description
1.Boom combination
Main boom working condition HB, length 16m~76m, main boom composition: bottom boom 1×8m, top boom 1×8m, middle boom 2×3m, middle boom 1×6m, middle boom 4×12m;
Fixed jib working condition HF, length 13m~31m, fixed jib composition: bottom boom 1×6m, top boom 1×7m, middle boom 3×6m.
The main boom is equipped with a single pulley at the arm end.
2.Boom luffing member
It adopts high-strength tension plate structure with high safety factor; it can be transported with the boom, and is easy to install, labor-saving and efficient.
3.Mast
The mast is a box-shaped double-limb structure with good overall stability. The mast can be lifted and lowered by the mast lifting cylinder. An auxiliary disassembly cylinder (optional) is installed on the mast, which is used for the self-disassembly of the main boom bottom section, central counterweight and crawler frame, and can also be used for other auxiliary lifting.
4.Turntable
The turntable is a key load-bearing structure for connecting the upper and lower vehicles. It adopts a double-sided "I" beam box frame composite structure welded from high-strength steel plates. It can be connected to the lower vehicle through a slewing bearing, with high overall strength and good stability. The cab, luffing mechanism, engine system, main pump, hydraulic valve, mast, main boom bottom section, upper vehicle counterweight, etc. can be connected to the turntable at different locations.
