Product component and system description
The upper part
The vehicle includes the frame, crawler walking device, etc.
Frame
The frame is a radial box-type structure, welded from high-strength steel plates, with good overall rigidity, high strength and high precision. The upper plane is precision machined to ensure reliable connection with the slewing bearing.
Crawler traveling device
The crawler travel device is divided into left and right crawler travel devices, which are composed of crawler frame, crawler shoe, supporting roller, driving wheel, guide wheel, sprocket wheel, travel mechanism and tensioning device.
Crawler frame: symmetrical on both sides, 1 piece each. It adopts a box-type structure welded with high-strength steel plates, and adopts an insert-type connection with the frame. The drawer-type upper and lower gap adjustment device ensures that the crawler frame will not produce a horizontal eight-shaped phenomenon after installation, and avoids eccentric wear of the crawler shoe and the supporting roller.
Crawler shoe: high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel casting, width 760mm, a total of 2×61=122 pieces.
Travel mechanism: normally closed planetary gear reducer, driven by a helical shaft plunger motor. The travel power is strong, and it can realize straight-line travel, in-situ steering, unilateral steering, differential steering and loaded travel, etc., with extremely high flexibility and maneuverability. Multi-plate wet normally closed brakes, spring brakes, and hydraulic release ensure that the travel has extremely high braking safety.
Maximum traveling speed: 1.37km/h.
Hydraulic system
The load-sensitive LUDV system with hydraulic pilot proportional control can achieve load-independent flow distribution, precise speed, sensitive operation, stable system and good micro-movement. The dedicated LUDV integrated main valve can realize compound operation of any action, compact structure and convenient maintenance. The innovative use of micro-control adjustment technology greatly improves the stability and accuracy of the whole vehicle movement.
The main hoist and auxiliary hoist have a double pump confluence function, which can easily realize high and low speed control of the winch. The dedicated slewing buffer oil circuit design makes the slewing start and stop smooth and soft, meeting the requirements of fine lifting operations.
