Safety devices
Main and auxiliary hook anti-over-release device
When the steel rope is released to the vicinity of the last three circles, the electrical control system automatically cuts off the hook-dropping action and issues an alarm through the buzzer and display.
Installation mode/working mode switch
In installation mode, the overwinding protection device, boom limiter, torque limiter, etc. are not functional to facilitate crane installation.
In working mode, all safety devices are functional.
Lifting arm limit device
When the main arm elevation angle is greater than 85° and the auxiliary arm elevation angle is greater than 75°, the corresponding limit switch will be activated, causing the buzzer to sound an alarm and the crane arm to automatically stop.
At this time, the luffing drum lifting operation does not work. However, the luffing drum lowering operation can be realized. When the main arm lowering angle is less than 30° and the auxiliary arm angle is less than 15°, the operation will be restricted. This protection function is automatically controlled by the torque limiter.
Crane boom anti-tilt device
The main boom and the superlift mast each have a pair of anti-tilt cylinders. When the boom tilts backward, the high pressure of the anti-tilt cylinder must be overcome. When the boom swings forward, the hydraulic system automatically replenishes high-pressure oil and tensions the boom to prevent the boom from vibrating and tilting backward during operation.
The jib fixed mast has an anti-tilt device, and the jib luffing mast has a pair of oil and gas cylinders to prevent the mast from tilting backward and tension the jib luffing wire rope.
After the jib reaches 75°, there will be a mechanical anti-tilt device to prevent it from tipping over.
Lifting mechanism brake
Each lifting brake adopts a spring-loaded normally closed disc brake, which has strong braking force, is maintenance-free, safe and reliable to use, and has a long service life.
Closed-circuit surveillance system
It can monitor the winding condition of wire ropes of each lifting mechanism, the status of super-lifting counterweight and the condition around the equipment.
Fault self-diagnosis system
The fault can be easily eliminated according to the fault code.
Black Box
The driver's operation and the equipment's operating parameters can be recorded, which is helpful for analyzing the cause of the accident.
Navigation Lights
Installed on top of boom.
Anemometer
Installed on the top of the boom, it monitors wind speed in real time and displays it on the monitor.
Electronic level
The tilt angle of the crane is displayed in real time on the monitor to protect the safe operation of the crane.
