The under part
Main luffing mast
The overall structure is a gate-shaped support frame, welded with high-strength steel plates, with a length of 11.3m and a crossbeam in the middle to reinforce it. The structure has high strength and good rigidity.
Luffing jib
The boom is a space truss structure with a uniform cross section in the middle and variable cross sections at both ends. The steel pipes are welded, and the ends and roots of the boom are reinforced with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transmission.
The basic jib is 24m long (upper section jib 7.5m, lower section jib 4.5m), and the middle jib is 6m×2, 12m×7, which can be installed on the main boom with a length of 36m to 96m. The usable jib length is 24m to 96m.
The jib amplitude is realized by the front mast of the variable jib and the rear mast of the variable jib. The two ends of the mast are variable cross sections, and the middle is a space truss structure with a uniform cross section.
The length of the rear mast of the variable jib is 16m, and the length of the front mast of the variable jib is 16.5m.

Super mast
The mast boom has variable cross-sections at both ends and a space truss structure with equal cross-section in the middle. The steel pipes are welded, and the top and root of the boom are reinforced with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transfer.
The length of the superlift mast is 30m.
Composition: upper boom 6m, lower boom 6m, middle boom 6m × 1, middle boom 12m × 1.

Safety devices
Torque limiter
Imported torque limiter is used, which forms a network with other controllers through CAN bus to achieve safe and reliable control. The torque limiter can automatically detect the mass of the crane and the angle of the crane arm, and can display its rated load and actual load, working radius, and the allowable height of the hook.
The torque limiter system consists of a large-screen color display, a host, an angle sensor, a tension sensor, and a pressure sensor.
Main and auxiliary hook anti-overwinding device
The limit switch is used to prevent the hook from being over-lifted. When the lifting hook is lifted to a certain height, the limit switch will be activated. At the same time, the buzzer alarm on the control panel and the lifting action of the lifting hook is forced to stop automatically, and the only operation is to lower the lifting hook, thereby preventing the lifting hook from being over-wound.
