The upper part

Luffing mechanism

Including: main arm luffing mechanism, auxiliary arm luffing mechanism, super lifting luffing mechanism;

Each luffing device adopts a folding drum, driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary reducer, can realize a variety of compound actions and has good micro-speed performance.

Slewing mechanism

The slewing system uses dual motors to drive spur gears through planetary reducers to provide 360° rotation; the slewing speed is 0-1.2rpm, and the speed is divided into two gears: 0.6rpm and 1.2rpm. Each gear has stepless speed regulation. The rotation is very stable and has a neutral free sliding function. Slewing bearing device: It uses a three-row roller type external gear slewing bearing.

Cab

It adopts a fully sealed steel frame structure, with tempered glass installed on the front and sides, and GE structural panels installed on the top. It has good light transmittance, high strength and high wear resistance, low indoor noise (less than 85dB), and is equipped with control devices, detection instruments, fire extinguishing alarm devices and closed-circuit monitoring systems. It is designed completely according to ergonomics.

The driver's cab can be adjusted accordingly according to work needs, and can be tilted 15° upwards, or rotated to the front of the platform, which is particularly convenient for transportation.

Control Operation

The display of the torque limiter, closed-circuit monitor, monitoring display and instruments are within the operator's direct field of vision; the torque display mainly monitors the torque conditions and other parameters of the crane; the monitoring display mainly displays the operating status of the crane, the control parameters of each monitoring point and the alarm; there are three operating handles on the left and right armrest boxes, and the handle control function is switched by the handle buttons; single actions and allowed compound actions are displayed in the form of text and graphics.

When an alarm occurs, the corresponding alarm information is displayed on the display in code and text.
