Closed-circuit monitoring system

. The dual-screen multi-camera closed-circuit monitoring system can display up to four monitoring images at the same time on each screen. It can realize real-time monitoring of the winding condition of the wire rope of each hoisting mechanism, the state of the super-lifting counterweight and the condition around the equipment;

. With video recording function, it can store video surveillance images, and the maximum storage time can reach 76 hours. It can record the operation of the vehicle, and the screen can be played back in case of an accident to provide identification basis.

Hoisting hoisting mechanism

. The variable hydraulic motor drives the planetary gear reducer to control the lifting and lowering of the main hoist I and the main hoist Ⅱ. At the same time, it has good micro-speed performance. The fastest gear can realize the rapid power lifting of the main hoist Ⅰ and the main hoist Ⅱ; For hoisting weights below 225t, one hoist can be used, and for hoisting weights above 225t, two hoists must work at the same time. The main hoist Ⅰ and the main hoist Ⅱ have synchronization functions; For main reel 1 or main reel 2, when the single rope force exceeds 6t, the heavy-duty double main pump confluence function can be enabled, and the outermost layer of the hoisting speed can reach 140m/min with a maximum ratio of 36; the multi-layer winding of the folding drum ensures that the rope is not tangled, and the reducer has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, long life, and convenient oil change.

Luffing winch mechanism

Slewing mechanism

The slewing hydraulic system uses a dual motor to drive the spur gear through a planetary reducer, which can provide 360° rotation; the slewing speed is 0~0.86r/min, which can achieve stepless speed regulation, no start and stop impact, stable operation and neutral free sliding function. Slewing bearing device: adopts three-row roller external gear slewing bearing.
