Control system
. Adopting Sany's self-developed SYIC-1 control system, it has rapid response, precise operation and reliable quality. The control system is mainly composed of power supply system, engine system, main control system, torque limiter system, auxiliary system and closed-circuit monitoring system;

The main electrical components adopt international or industry-renowned brands with reliable quality, and can operate stably in harsh environments such as high cold, high temperature, plateau and strong wind and sand. The electrical design fully meets the CE standard, with multi-level safety limit control and various safety signal indications.

The torque limiter display, instrument combination display, and closed-circuit monitor are in the operator's direct field of vision; the torque display mainly monitors the torque and other parameters of the crane; the instrument combination display mainly displays the operating status of the crane, the control parameters of each monitoring point, and the alarm; the closed-circuit monitor realizes real-time monitoring of the winch operation and the environment at the tail of the platform; there are three operating handles in the left and right armrest boxes, and the handle control function is switched by the handle button. Cab

The suspension, multi-mode and multi-level adjustable seats with shock absorption and noise reduction provide the operator with the most comfortable driving experience. The air conditioner adjusts the appropriate indoor temperature. The left and right armrest boxes and the auxiliary control box are equipped with joysticks, control buttons, ignition lock and other components. The indoor noise is low (less than 85dB), and the seats, joysticks and control buttons are designed according to ergonomics. They can be adjusted to the most suitable position with the seats, making the operation more comfortable. The cab can be adjusted accordingly according to work needs, and can be tilted upwards by 0~24°, or rotated to the front of the platform, which is convenient for transportation.
