Ⅰ.Product component and system description
1.Boom combination
Main boom working condition HB, length 19m~82m,main boom composition: bottom boom 1×10m, top boom 1×9m, middle boom 1×3m, middle boom 2×6m,middle boom 4×12m;
Fixed jib condition HF, length 13m~31m, fixed jib composition: bottom section 1×6m, top section 1×7m, middle section 3×6m.
Luffing jib working condition HW, length 20m~59m, luffing jib composition: bottom section 1×7m, top section 1×7m, middle section 1×3m, middle section 1×6m, middle section 3×12m.
The main boom is equipped with a single pulley at the boom end.
2.Boom luffing member
Adopt high-strength tension plate structure with high safety factor; can be transported with the boom, easy to install, labor-saving and efficient.
3.Mast
The mast is a box-shaped double-limb structure with good overall stability. The mast can be lifted up and lowered by the mast lifting cylinder.
4.Turntable
The turntable is a key load-bearing structure for connecting the upper and lower vehicles. It is a double-sided "I" beam box frame composite structure welded from high-strength steel plates. It can be connected to the lower vehicle through a slewing bearing. It has high overall strength and good stability. The cab, luffing mechanism, engine system, main pump, hydraulic valve, mast, main arm bottom section, upper vehicle counterweight, etc. can be connected to the turntable at different locations.

6.Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is driven by a motor to drive a planetary gear reducer, and the main hook or auxiliary hook is lifted and lowered through a drum and pulley set.
The lifting mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to realize the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable.
The lifting mechanism uses a high breaking force wire rope with a wire rope diameter of φ26mm.
7.Luffing mechanism
The luffing mechanism is driven by a motor to drive a planetary gear reducer, and the luffing of the main arm is achieved through a drum and a luffing pulley set.
The luffing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and a normally closed brake to achieve the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable.
The luffing drum is equipped with a ratchet locking device, and the ratchet is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve multiple locking protection.
The luffing mechanism uses a high breaking force wire rope with a wire rope diameter of φ26mm.
8.Slewing mechanism
The slewing mechanism and the slewing bearing are driven by internal meshing and arranged at the front of the inner side of the turntable. The motor drives the planetary gear reducer to drive the slewing bearing to achieve 360°rotation.
The slewing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to realize the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, ensuring that the slewing has extremely high braking safety.
The slewing mechanism is also equipped with a mechanical slewing locking device to achieve locking protection of the slewing mechanism.
The slewing mechanism has free sliding function.
9.Slewing bearing
The slewing bearing has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, small slewing resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
10.Cylinder assembly
The connection between the boom and the turntable, the frame and the track beam, and the counterweight tray and the turntable are all connected by power pins driven by oil cylinders; the mast lifting cylinder, outrigger cylinder, and track tensioning cylinder make installation and disassembly more convenient;the control room is equipped with oil cylinders to realize the vertical flipping and horizontal rotation of the control room.
11.Control room
The control room adopts bionic design, with wide field of vision and comfortable and convenient operation.
12.Frame
The frame is a box-type radial structure, welded with high-strength steel plates, with good overall rigidity and high strength.
