Product component and system description
Crawler traveling device
The crawler traveling device is divided into left and right crawler traveling devices, which are composed of a track frame, track shoes, supporting wheels, driving wheels, guide wheels, sprocket wheels, traveling mechanism and tensioning device.
Crawler frame: Symmetrical, 1 piece each. It adopts a box-type structure welded with high-strength steel plates, and is equipped with parallel pads for positioning with the frame to play a guiding and wear-resistant role.
Drive wheel: high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, connected to the planetary reducer housing with high-strength bolts.
Idler wheel: high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, double flange design, built-in floating seal, self-lubricating.
Guide wheel: high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, built-in floating seal, self-lubricating. Cylinder tensioning is adopted, and the track tensioning degree is adjusted by adjusting the type and number of pads to keep the track in the best working condition.
Sprocket wheel: high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, sprocket wheel built-in floating seal, self-lubricating. Track shoe: high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel.
Traveling mechanism: normally closed planetary gear reducer, strong travel power, extremely high flexibility and maneuverability. Multi-plate wet normally closed brake, spring brake, hydraulic release.
Hydraulic system
The load-sensitive LUDV system with hydraulic pilot proportional control is used, which has precise speed, sensitive operation and good micro-movement. The main valve can realize compound operation of multiple actions, with compact structure and convenient maintenance.
Special swing buffer oil circuit design, the swing start and stop are smooth and gentle, meeting the requirements of fine lifting operations.
Electrical System
The electrical system mainly includes the following parts: engine control, monitoring instruments, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic system control, torque limitation and safety monitoring, etc.
Composition of electrical system: conventional electrical system and PLC control system.
Conventional electrical systems include power supply, starting control, cab air conditioning, audio, lighting, wipers, etc.
The PLC control system includes the control of main and auxiliary winches, slewing, main boom luffing and other actions, and engine status monitoring. All actions are controlled by PLC logic using CAN-bus technology.
Engine System
Type: In-line, six-cylinder, water-cooled, supercharged and intercooled, four-stroke diesel engine.
Environmental protection: in line with national III standards;
Fuel tank capacity: 400L.
Counterweight
The counterweight consists of the vehicle body counterweight and the turntable counterweight.
