Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism includes the main lifting mechanism I, the auxiliary lifting mechanism, and the main lifting mechanism II (optional). The lifting mechanism is driven by a motor with a planetary gear reducer, and the main hook or auxiliary hook is lifted and lowered through a drum and a variable-length pulley set.
The lifting mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to realize the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable.
The main lifting mechanism I uses a left-handed same-direction twisted anti-rotation special steel wire rope with a rope diameter of 28mm and a length of 680m. The auxiliary lifting mechanism uses a left-handed same-direction twisted anti-rotation special steel wire rope with a rope diameter of 26mm and a length of 300m. The main lifting mechanism II (optional) uses a left-handed same-direction twisted anti-rotation special steel wire rope with a rope diameter of 28mm and a length of 360m.
Luffing mechanis
The luffing mechanism includes the main luffing mechanism and the tower arm luffing mechanism.
The main luffing mechanism is driven by a motor with a planetary gear reducer, and the main arm luffing is achieved through a drum and a luffing pulley set.
The main luffing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to achieve the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable.
The main luffing drum is equipped with a ratchet locking device, and the pawl is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve multiple locking protection. The main luffing mechanism uses a left-handed, alternating, non-rotation-resistant special steel wire rope with a rope diameter of 26mm and a length of 370m.
The tower arm luffing mechanism and the auxiliary lifting mechanism are the same device, and the tower arm luffing is achieved through function switching.
Slewing mechanism
The slewing mechanism and the slewing bearing are driven by external meshing and arranged in front of the turntable. The motor drives the planetary gear reducer to drive the slewing bearing, which can achieve 360° rotation.
The slewing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and a normally closed brake to achieve the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, ensuring that the slewing has extremely high braking safety.
The slewing mechanism is also equipped with a mechanical slewing locking device to achieve locking protection of the slewing mechanism.
The slewing mechanism has a free sliding function.
Slewing bearing
The elliptical raceway reinforced slewing bearing has large load-bearing capacity, small slewing resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
Cylinder assembly
The connection between the boom and the turntable, the frame and the crawler beam, and the counterweight tray and the turntable are all connected by power pins driven by cylinders; the mast lifting cylinder, outrigger cylinder, and track tensioning cylinder make installation and disassembly more convenient; the control room is equipped with a cylinder to realize the vertical flipping and horizontal rotation of the control room.
Control room
The leopard-head-shaped control room designed according to ergonomic principles has a gorgeous appearance, a wide field of vision, and is comfortable and convenient to operate.
Frame
The frame is a box-type radial structure, welded with high-strength steel plates, with good overall rigidity and high strength.
