The prepared ninhydrin solution sealed in a pressurized aluminum pot can be stored for a long time.

Method

Press the nozzle and spray the solution directly on the exhibit until the solution saturates the exhibit. After the solution volatilizes, put the exhibit into a plastic bag, blow in as much moisture as possible and seal the plastic bag mouth. At room temperature, the fingerprint will occur within 24 hours. Place the exhibitin the ninhydrin fuming chamber. In a temperature of 60°C and relative humidity of 80%, the fingerprint will occur in about 10 minutes. The spray has a pungent odor, so it’s better to be used in a well-ventilated place.
