Features

A. The built-in battery drives the vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, then the exfoliated cells are sucked into the vacuum adapter and captured by the filter.

B. The negative pressure of the vacuum sweeper can be adjusted to suit different objects.

C. The vacuum adapter is disinfected with ethylene oxide to ensure that there is no residual DNA.

D. The DNA evidence bag is disinfected with ethylene oxide to ensure that there is no residual DNA.

Method of use

A. Plug the vacuum adapter connector into the air inlet of the vacuum sweeper.

B. Unpack the vacuum adapter and plug it into the air inlet of the adapter connector.

C. Turn on the vacuum sweeper and the exfoliated cells are sucked into the vacuum adapter and captured by the filter.

D. Turn the pressure knob to adjust the vacuum force.

E. Remove the vacuum adapter and put it back in the packing bag (DNA free).

F. In the laboratory, rotate the two parts of the vacuum adapter apart.

G. Take out the filter with tweezers and put it into a centrifuge tube.
