Composition

The plastic shell is divided into two parts, with a filter in the middle. The exfoliated cells enter the vacuum adapter with the airflow and are captured by the filter, which can be taken out by rotating the two parts of the adapter apart. Then the exfoliated cells can be extracted from the filter.

DNA sterilization

Install the vacuum adapter in a clean space, seal the entire unit in a dialysis paper bag for disinfection with ethylene oxide. Ethylene oxide can penetrate the dialysis paper to sterilize the vacuum adapter inside and outside, eliminate all DNA and ensure that no residual DNA is left.

Instructions

A. Plug the vacuum adapter into the air inlet of the vacuum sweeper. There is a filter between the two plastic parts of the vacuum adapter. Connect the vacuum adapter with the negative pressure vacuum pipe. Then the exfoliated cells can be sucked into the vacuum adapter under negative pressure and captured by the filter.

B. Rotate the two parts of the vacuum adapter apart. Take out the filter with tweezers and put it into a test tube to extract DNA.

C. At the scene, the vacuum adapter with exfoliated cells can be put back to the original packing bag for storage to ensure that it will not be contaminated by DNA. Simple notes can be written on the dialysis paper.
