Product Usage

Swab the suspected area for potential trace DNA.

Product composition

A. Two cotton swabs are packed in one dialysis paper bag.

B. One box contains 30 bags of cotton swabs and one spray bottle of distilled water.

DNA disinfection

In the clean workshop, cotton swabs were sealed in dialysis paper bags and sterilized with ethylene oxide. Ethylene oxide can penetrate dialysis paper, disinfect cotton swabs, eliminate all DNA, and ensure that there is no residual DNA.

Usage method

A. Open the packing bag of dialysis paper with scissors and take out the cotton swab.

B. Spray water on the swab with a spray bottle to make the swab wet.

C. Wipe the imprint of DNA with a wet cotton swab.

D. Put the cotton swab into the special storage box to ensure that the cotton swab does not contact with any object, or put the cotton swab after wiping the DNA back to the original packaging bag for storage to ensure that it will not be contaminated by other DNA. Simple instructions can be written on dialysis paper.

E. In the laboratory, put the swab head into the centrifuge tube, press the swab head with the tube cap, then break the swab head with force, which will drop into the centrifuge tube after breakage
