The frame bushing, also known as bushing, is suitable for S75 Simmons cone crusher. It is made of pb15sn8, American Standard c93800 and single weight of 72kg. It is cast by sand casting process. The matching copper parts include bowl type bush, main shaft bushing, thrust plate and transmission shaft sleeve.

The installation position is located between the frame and the eccentric sleeve of the cone crusher, which bears great pressure, and its material and size requirements are relatively high, especially the matching clearance between it and the crusher frame and the steel eccentric sleeve is an important technical difficulty. Due to the manufacturing and installation errors, it is easy to cause the frame bushing cracks or even crushing fracture cracking and other malignant equipment in operation accident. Therefore, the selection of frame bushing with guaranteed material and processing size is the key to the normal operation of the equipment. The wear frequency of frame bushing is medium.
