Bronze Copper Bearing Bush Of Machine Tool Good Wear Resistance CE Certificated
Product description
The bearing shell is the contact part between the sliding bearing and the journal. It is a semi-circular cylindrical surface in the shape of a tile. It is very smooth. It is generally made of wear-resistant materials such as bronze and antifriction alloy. In special cases, it can be made of wood, engineering plastics or rubber. There are two types of bearing shells: integral type and split type. Integral bearing shells are usually called bushing. There are two kinds of integral bearing bush: oil groove and oil groove. Clearance fit is adopted between bearing bush and journal, which generally does not rotate with the shaft.
Production Feature :
1. High anti-wearing copper casting parts
2. Widely used in mining equipment, construction machine and metallurgy and other high loaded large machiner.
3. Strict casting processing control, make the tolerance less than 0.003m
4. Long working life and PRsmooth surface treatment
Movement characteristics
When the sliding bearing is operated by oil lubrication between the shaft and the bearing bush, a thin oil film is required between the bearing bush and the shaft for lubrication. If the lubrication is poor, there will be direct friction between the bearing bush and the shaft, which will produce high temperature. Although the bearing bush is made of special high temperature resistant alloy material, the high temperature generated by direct friction is still enough to burn it out. The bearing bush may also burn due to excessive load, high temperature, impurities in lubricating oil or abnormal viscosity and other factors. The sliding bearing was damaged after burning.

What are bearing shells?
Bearing bush, also known as "sliding bearing". For example, the sliding bearing made of copper, lubricated by the oil groove on the friction surface of the copper pad, plays a similar "supporting" role as the ball bearing, reducing the friction of the shaft.
What's the difference between bearing bush and rolling bearing?
First of all, there are many kinds of bearings, and the bearing bush belongs to the sliding bearing. This type of bearing is relatively stable, and it will not be easily damaged, and it is relatively reliable.
Secondly, it has no noise. After adding lubricating oil, there is a layer of medium oil between two working faces, which can greatly reduce friction loss and surface wear.
In addition, the oil film has a certain vibration absorption capacity, but the friction force is a little large when it is just started. In this kind of bearing, the part supported by the shaft and the bearing is called the journal, and the bearing bush is the part matched with the journal. Of course, this kind of bearing is rare in general places, only those places where the speed is not very fast and the negative pressure is very large will make.
