The main reason for alloy scratch is that the lubricating oil is not clean, the alloy layer is scratched by the abrasive in the lubricating oil, and the ring groove appears on the alloy surface when it is serious. The alloy layer will crack and flake due to fatigue. Generally, the bearing bush burning is caused by insufficient lubricating oil or improper fit clearance. In serious cases, the alloy of the bearing bush will be melted at high temperature, resulting in the bearing bush burning and axle holding.
