Product description

Copper bearing is made of tin bronze powder, pressed by mould, and shaped after high temperature sintering. It has fine and evenly distributed pores and oil-bearing state after vacuum impregnation of lubricating oil. The product has the characteristics of short-term no oil lubrication, low cost, high accuracy of internal and external diameter, and is suitable for medium speed and low load places.

Products have been widely used in micro motors, household appliances, electric tools, textile machinery, chemical machinery, automotive industry and office equipment and other occasions.

Processing technology:
There is almost no metal consumption and riser system in the gating system, which improves the process yield. Hollow casting can be produced without core, so filling can greatly improve copper capacity, reduce the ratio of slab wall thickness to slab length diameter, and simplify the production process of casing and pipe. It is easy to make cylinder sleeve composite metal castings by densification, such as steel back copper sleeve, bimetal roll and so on. It can improve the filling capacity of metal through centrifugal force, so as to produce thin wall.
