Product Introduction
Fixed belt conveyor is a general series of products, a continuous convey device with cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas and wire rope core conveyor belt as traction components. It is suitable for conveying bulk materials and finished goods, with packing density of 500 ~ 2500 kg/ m3 at ambient temperature of -25 ~ + 40ºC.

The fixed belt conveyor is designed according to the series of parts. The whole machine can be assembled according to the process route, design and calculation in accordance with different terrain and working conditions. It can meet the conditions of horizontal, upper and lower transportation. And it can also adopt the transportation form with combination of convex arc section, concave arc segment and straight-line segment. Conveyors should be installed in the corridor as far as possible, in the open environment, and the driving part should be provided with protective cover. For places with special requirements, the corresponding protective measures should be taken, such as high temperature, cold, explosion-proof, flame retardant, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, waterproof, etc..
