High-purity Nitrogen Air Separation Plant with Cpacity of 2*95000Nm3/h
SASPG has the first-class international analysis/design soft wares, which have already been successfully used in the product design. Now we can design and manufacture the air separation plants with the capacity up to 63,000 Nm3/h. and have ability to develop the air separation plants with the capacity up to 80,000 ~ 120,000 Nm3/h and 1000 Nm3/h to 50000Nm3/h high-purity nitrogen air separation.
SASPG is the largest oxygen & nitrogen liquefier manufacturer in China. The capacity of the liquefiers ranges from 50TPD to 1000TPD.
SASPG is the first and currently the largest company in China engaged in designing and manufacturing natural gas (associated gas) liquefaction & separation plants and has developed the natural gas liquefaction plant with a mixed refrigerant process, with expander-made refrigeration, with de-nitrification process, and with heavy hydrocarbon washing process. A maximum extend localized natural gas liquefaction plant with capacity of 600,000 Nm3/d has been put into operation, and the erection of a natural gas liquefaction plant with a capacity of 2,000,000Nm3/d has been completed.
High-purty nitrogen air separation plant adopts internal compressor process by menas of full LP moleclar sieve adsorption pre-cleaning, booster turbo-expander, expanded air to lower column, internal compression for oxygen. the plant is reliable in operation, advance in process, manture in techology, convenient in operation, easy to control, economical in condiguration, safe and lower in consumption. the while plant includes air compression system, air pre-cooling system, molecular sieve purification system, booster compressor system, turbo-expander system, cold boxy system, liquid storage system and isntrument & electric conctrol system etc.
