The device can realize two optical fiber outputs, and two optical fibers can achieve time-sharing light through the optical gate switching. The workpiece is welded by means of optical fiber and welding head guide to 2 welding stations, which are controlled by time-sharing and welded in turn with the fixture.
Device workflow:
1. Manually clamp the sample of welding station
2. The welding head 1 produces light, and the station 1 fixture drives the sample to rotate and weld.
3. After the welding of station 1 is completed, the laser switches to station 2 for welding, and station 1 is manually loaded and unloaded, waiting for the next welding.
4. After the welding of station 2 is completed, the laser switches to station 1 again for welding, and station 2 performs manual loading and unloading, waiting for the next welding.
