Construction process:

Component processing and production: processing and production of steel in the factory according to the design drawings. Through cutting, welding, drilling and other processes, the steel is processed into various components such as steel columns, steel beams, and supports. In the process of processing, the dimensional accuracy is strictly controlled, the welding part is tested for non-destructive testing to ensure the quality of the components, and the numbering and identification are done after the completion to facilitate on-site installation.

Steel column installation: use a crane to lift the processed steel column to the top of the foundation, align the foundation reserved hole or embedded bolts and slowly put down, adjust the verticality and plane position of the steel column, fix it through temporary support, and carry out the final bolt fastening or secondary grouting fixation after the measurement is correct. During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure that the verticality deviation of the steel column is within the allowable range, so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent installation of the steel beam.


Steel beam installation: After the steel column installation is completed and fixed firmly, the steel beam is installed. The steel beam is also lifted to the installation position with the help of a crane and connected with the steel column by welding or high-strength bolts. Pay attention to the levelness and camber of the steel beam during installation, and adjust it according to the design requirements to ensure that the structural force is reasonable. The main load-bearing steel beams are installed first to form a stable frame system, and then the secondary steel beams and supporting members are installed.


Overall correction and fastening of the structure: After the installation of some components is completed, the entire steel structure frame is corrected as a whole, the verticality of the steel column, the horizontality of the steel beam and the overall size of the structure are measured, and the deviation is found to be adjusted in time. After the adjustment is completed, the bolts of all connection parts are re-screwed to reach the specified torque value, ensure that the connection is firm, and make the entire steel structure form a stable force system.
