Main frame: A steel structure frame system is adopted. The frame columns are usually made of large-size hot-rolled or welded H-shaped
steel to withstand huge vertical loads, including their own structural weight, equipment weight, and possible snow and maintenance loads.
The cross-section size of the frame column is determined based on detailed mechanical calculations to ensure sufficient strength and
stability. The frame beams are also made of H-shaped steel of appropriate specifications and connected with the frame columns by
welding or high-strength bolts to form rigid or semi-rigid joints that transmit floor or platform loads to the frame columns.
This frame structure has good spatial stress performance and can adapt to the complex equipment layout requirements in the power station.
Roof and wall structure: Most roofs use light steel structural roofing systems, and common profiled steel roofs. Profiled steel plates are not only light in weight, but also have good waterproof and thermal insulation properties, and are convenient to install. On the wall part, colored profiled steel plates or metal sandwich panels can be used to not only meet the building appearance requirements, but also have certain heat insulation and sound insulation effects. The wall and roof structure are reliably connected to the main frame through connectors to form a complete building enclosure system.
