After reviewing the scope of the project (a multi-storey steel-framed office building that will serve as offices for more than 700 employees), we immediately realised that our firms were ideally suited to work together to successfully complete the project.Our experienced team, agile communication style, sense of responsibility and solution orientated thinking will certainly make the project a success.

One of the biggest challenges facing the project was that the original design of the facility was actually concrete.Transforming the architect's vision from concrete to steel not only saves the client money on building materials, but also significantly improves the efficiency of the installation.All details, engineering and fabrication completed on time.

We optimised the building design through the use of insulated metal panel finishes and vertical wall support structures for the horizontal panels, resulting in a modern, four-storey building with sophisticated and secure reception areas on each floor; spacious floor plans to accommodate more than 700 staff to work and collaborate; executive suites; storage rooms; an IT server room; a power room; state-of-the-art training rooms; and even a very nicerooftop café with 110 seats and a commercial grade kitchen.The rooftop will have an adjacent recreational area that includes a basketball court.

The building meets and exceeds all international standards.It is environmentally friendly, comfortable, economical, safe and secure.
