Product Information

Usage Methods ( Iron On )

1. Preheat the iron into 160-200℃
2. Place patch on clothing where you want to patch.
3. Cover patch with a piece of damp fabric.
4. Press iron on it for 30 seconds.
5. Check the tightness of embroidery patch. if it doesn't works, repeat the step 3 and 4.

FOB or EXW. 30% prepay for sampling and production. 70% balance payments before shipping.

4. If I can get free samples for quality check before placing an order for mass production?

Yes. We can ship you samples for quality check pay with sample fee and freight. And sample fee can

be refund when you place a mass production order. Generally, to save time, I’ll take a picture or video

of sample for your check before mass production without any sample fee.

5. What is the lead time for sample and production?
Generally it takes 3-5 working days to do sample. After confirmation on sample, we'll finish production

within 3-10 working days. it will prolongs few days in peak season.

6. What is your quality control process?
We do 100% QC after production and spot checking before delivery.

7. Does the price includes freight and custom?
No, it's FOB price. we'll check freight fare for you before shipping.

8. How much is the freight fare?
Please kindly share me shipping address, thanks. So I can check G.W. of parcel and turn back you the

freight fare.

9. What's shipping way?
DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc. If you have prefer courier, please let me know.

10. What's package?
Neutral carton box with polybag or kraftpaper bag with label . ( PS: there's surcharge if choose kraftpaper

bag with label for each patch)

11. How long it takes for shipping?
We will ship the parcel via UPS,DHL,Fedex or others. And update you tracking number once available.
