The popular 3.2 inch 240x320 transmissive tft lcd, it's driver IC is the ILI9341V.There are 4 CHIP-WHITE LEDS, If=20mA/LED, so the mini LCM Luminance is 200cd/m².

The TFT-LCD liquid crystal display is a thin film transistor type liquid crystal display, which is also referred to as "true color" (TFT). The TFT liquid crystal has a semiconductor switch for each pixel.

Each pixel can be directly controlled by a point pulse, so each node is relatively independent and can be continuously controlled, which not only improves the response speed of the display screen, but also can accurately control the display screen.
