Materials

A cold-rolled steel is used for this product. Cold rolled steel is steel that has been produced by cold rolling. Cold-rolled is a steel plate that is further thinned to a target thickness by rolling No.1 steel plate at room temperature. Compared to hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel is more precise in thickness and has a smooth, attractive surface, as well as a variety of superior mechanical properties, especially in terms of machinability.

Surface Treatment

Carburizing and hardening is a common heat treatment process for metal materials, which allows the surface of carburised workpieces to obtain a high degree of hardness and improve their wear resistance. The traditional processes are: low temperature tempering, pre-cooling direct quenching, primary heating quenching, carburising high temperature tempering, secondary quenching cold treatment, carburising after induction heating and other processes.
Quenching process in the modern machinery manufacturing industry is widely used. Important parts of machinery, especially in the automobile, aircraft, rocket applications in the steel parts are almost quenched treatment.
