Overview

The shaft parts are made of high-quality materials such as 42CrMo, 40Cr, C45, and a stable heat treatment process is used to ensure that the product has no cracks and is not easy to break. With new turning technology, the surface roughness of shaft is within 0.8, and the axial runout is within 0.02, which can reduce costs and improve efficiency while ensuring product quality.

SUS304

304 stainless steel sheet is a general-purpose stainless steel material with stronger rust resistance than 200 series stainless steel materials. The high temperature resistance is also better. 304 stainless steel has excellent stainless corrosion resistance and better resistance to intergranular corrosion. For oxidizing acids, it is concluded in the experiment: concentration ≤ 65% of the boiling temperature below the nitric acid, 304 stainless steel plate has a strong resistance to corrosion. To alkali solutions and most organic and inorganic acids also have good corrosion resistance.
