Overview

Timing belt pulley refers to generally made of steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, brass and other materials, and its inner hole has round holes, D-shaped holes, tapered holes and other forms. The synchronous belt wheel drive is composed of a closed ring belt with equidistant teeth on the inner peripheral surface and corresponding belt wheels.

Blue and white zinc plating

Blue and white zinc plating is electroplated zinc, which is originally white and blue plated as blue and white zinc plating. Compared with other metals, it is a relatively inexpensive and easy to coat metal and is a low-value anti-corrosion plating layer that is widely used to protect steel parts, especially against atmospheric corrosion, and for decoration.

Plating techniques include bath plating (or hanging plating), barrel plating (for small parts), blue plating, automatic plating and continuous plating (for wire and strip).
