Mounting and Dismounting
Mouting | 1. Push the coupled part onto the shaft to the position specified in the design. 2. Smoothly fit the shaft locking device of the loosened screw into the coupling hole to prevent tilting of the coupling, then tighten the screw in the way specified for tightening screws |
Dismounting | 1. Loosen all the screws when disassembling, but do not unscrew them all. 2. Remove the ejector screw, screw the ejector screw into the auxiliary screw hole of the front compression ring and gently tap on the expanded transmission parts to loosen the expansion ring, then pull out the shaft locking device. 3. Different types of shaft locking devices and disassembly methods are different, one should fully understand its characteristics before trying to disassemble, to prevent damage to the ejector threads. |
