It is OK. Pre-production samples for your quality evaluation. Mass production will be started after your confirmation on this sample.

Q3. What details required for products quotation ?
Please offer the clear artwork of the product (including size ,color,quantities), you also can directly send to us if you have a samaple. Or tell your idea,we can recommend some products accroding to your description.

Q4. What’s about the lead time of Logo Printing products like box ,tags ,label sticker ?
It depends on the products and order quantity,,normally 3-6days after artwork and payment confirmed.

Q5. What kind of format I should provide you for printing ?
AI,PDF,CDR,high JPG (over 300 DPI).

Q6. Do you have MOQ of your products ?
MOQ for Boxes with customized logos :1000pcs to 3000 units

MOQ for In mold labeling and other Label Stickers:1000pcs

Q7. How Can I arrange shipment ?

1) You can either use your required shipping forwarder, give me the contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.

2) If you don't have required shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port so that I can give you quotation and then I will arrange shipment, you will not have headache even you have no experience in it, and our marketing team will give you professional advice in shipping , we can give you air freight cost with delivery time and sea freight cost with delivery time.

For small quantity shipment by express such as DHL , TNT, FedEx,UPS, Etc 3-5days
For big quantity by sea 7-35 days,or air way 3-10days.

Normally EXW,FOB,CIF.We accept TT,western union,Alipay,Wechat, Cash.

Q12. Could you do design for us ?

Yes, we can only do a simple design for you if necessary, but for special design requirements,you should provide a sample.
