Q1: Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we have been in printing&packaging industry from year of 2008,and our factory and office all are in Shanghai, China.

Q2: Do you offer sheet sticker colors other than white?
A: Our sheet stickers are printed on white paper, clear plastic and gold or silver foil paper. But that doesn’t mean that you’re limited to these color options. With our all-over printing, you can use any colors you’d like, whether you’re interested in vibrant orange stickers, a pop of pink or something else.

Q3: What is the difference between the materials?
A: Paper is great for indoor use, when the sticker won’t come in contact with liquid. Plastic is oil-and water-resistant and a more durable option for indoor and outdoor use.

Q4: Can I write on these stickers?
A: Yes! If you plan to write on your custom stickers, we recommend picking the matte option – it’s the easiest to write on. If you really like the look of a gloss finish, make sure you use a permanent marker. And if you’re creating black stickers, make sure to use an ink that will stand out, like gold, silver or white.

Q5: How durable are paper custom stickers?
A: Paper stickers are a great, durable option for indoor use – as long as your sticker won’t come in contact with liquid, you’ll be in great shape. If you intend to use your custom stickers on products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend a more water- or weather-resistant option – such as our plastic or vinyl roll labels.

Q6: Could you do design for us ?

A: Yes, we can only do a simple design for you if necessary, but for special design requirements,you should provide a sample.

Q7: What kind of format I should provide you for printing ?

A: Adobe Illustrator, In Design, PDF ,either is the best .

Q8: Can I get a FREE sample ?

A: Yes,we can proivide some free sample,but if you need customize as your design,sometimes we need charge sample costs. especially boxes.

Q9: How Can I arrange shipment ?

A: 1) If you have a overseas shipping forwarder, you just advise their email to us.

2) If you don't have, please advise the airport or sea port you can work, we will send the goods via air or sea even door to door, and express,etc. You don't concern here have not had any experience buying from China.
