Operation procedure:
1 Wire-controlled switch button function: press (RUN, button, cylinder propulsion; release the button,
cylinder reset automatically. Press (STOP, button) to stop the oil pump.
2 Before starting the hydraulic pump, first open (loosening, pressure regulating valve, and then open the
power supply (ON, check whether the hydraulic pump is running normally; then point the wire-controlled
button several times, running for several minutes, the pressure will be adjusted to the preset value
required. The rated pressure is 70Mpa.
3 When adjusting the pressure, press the wire-controlled button, when the wrench "click" sound is heard,
the quick release rod jumps, the wrench in place to stop turning, the pressure gauge rises rapidly from 0,
the other hand slowly upward adjusting the pressure regulating valve, and can be locked with locking
nuts.
4 Empty operation, put the hydraulic wrench on the ground, press (RUN, button, the wrench began to
rotate, when heard the wrench "click", then the wrench in place to stop turning; at this time release the
button, the wrench automatically reset, when heard the wrench "click" again, the reset is completed. That
is: RUN - push - Bang - release - reset - bang. Repeat several work cycles to see if the spanner is rotating
without exception, the wrench can be placed on the nut.
5 Loosen the nut: Pump the hydraulic pressure to the highest (70Mpa,, confirm the wrench to turn to the
direction of loosening, find the reaction fulcrum, depend on stability, repeated cylinder advance and
retreat work cycle. If it can not be removed, rust removal measures will be taken. If the nut can not be
removed, a larger hydraulic wrench will be used.
6 Lock the nut: check the torque corresponding table to determine the pressure setting of the hydraulic
pump, confirm the wrench turning to the lock direction, find the reaction fulcrum, depend on stability,
repeatedly carry out the cylinder's working cycle until the nut does not move.
7 when the hydraulic torque wrench stops, it should turn off the power in time.
8 Cut off the power supply after work, remove the residual pressure of the system according to the
pressure relief valve, open the pressure regulating valve completely, and then remove the tubing.
9 the wrench must be unloaded when transporting.
