Cam type self-centering pipe orifice beveling machine portable electric cutting pipe pipe external clamp portableSCB-63
product description
The machine is a cam-clamping self-centering pipe cutting and beveling machine. There are electric and pneumatic. The
electric is driven by the long-life marathon motor of the German Metabo company. The pneumatic type has the advantage of
safety and explosion-proof. The machine has a series of advantages such as compact structure, beautiful appearance,
exquisite and durable, convenient installation, accurate centering, simple operation, high productivity, low noise, automatic
feed, high verticality, etc. It is widely used in the bevel production of medium and small diameter steel pipes. Cutting and
beveling are completed simultaneously.

Operation guide
In order to ensure the safe, reliable, energy-saving and efficient operation of the machine, please follow the steps below after reading the manual carefully:
1. : according to the outer diameter of the pipe to be processed, install a suitable expansion block;
2..: Put the machine into the pipe end, turn the expansion worm clockwise, and clamp the machine firmly on the pipe;
3: adjust the position of the tool to ensure the stroke and safety distance of the tool holder;
4.: According to the actual situation, adjust the motor speed, and confirm that the rotation of the cutter head is clockwise;
5: Start the motor, lock the switch or keep pressing the switch, turn the feed clutch knob, and spray anti-rust coolant after cutting;
6: After the work is over, disengage the clutch, and then use an air gun or brush to clean the iron filings in the tool holder slot to prevent it from entering the gear plate, then use a wrench to loosen and tighten the worm to remove the machine.
