JCZR-12/D-225-40 Combination of High Voltage Vacuum Contactor & Fuse

JCZR serial is a combination of AC High Voltage Vacuum Contactor and Fuse. It features for the industrial control system that frequency: 50Hz, rated voltage: 12kV and 7.2kV, rated current: 225A(Max.)(for 7.2kV: 315A Max.). It can be matched with switchgear to build F-C circuit, be used together with general protection. It can control and protect high voltage motor, transformer and capacitor bank.

Products design:

1. JCZR is a F-C combination of JCZ5 Vacuum Contactor and High Voltage Current Limiting Fuse by series. The control function is realized by JCZ5 Vacuum Contactor and the protection function is realized by High Voltage Current Limiting Fuse.
2. JCZR use VSI (ZN63A) breaker base cart as the swing bar structure. It has the compact structure, and its dimension is matched with KYN28 high voltage gear.

“Eight Protection” use the reliable lock structure, can be avoided the below mentioned electrical wrong operation:

1. When the contactor is opened, the cart can be moved;
2. When the cart is in break/test position and operation position, the contactor can be closed;
3. When the earthing switch is in opening position, the cart can be moved from test position to operation position;
4. When the cart is in any position between operation and test, the earthing switch can not be closed;
5. When the cart is only in break/test position, the earthing switch can be closed;
6. When the cart is only in break/test position, the door of the cart can be opened;
7. When the cart is in operation position, the quadric plug will be locked and not to be pulled out;
8. The contactor is in the close position, whenever the cart is in the operation or test position, the cart can not be moved.
